These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of hookandroll.com (the “Site”) and purchases from Hook and Roll (“we”, “us”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to form a binding contract, or that you have parental/guardian consent.

2. Products and pricing

We sell fishing lure retrievers and related accessories. Product descriptions and images aim to be accurate; minor variations may occur. Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders (for example, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues) and will notify you if we do.

3. Orders and payment

An order is an offer to buy. Acceptance occurs when we confirm the order and/or charge your payment method. You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information. Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners.

4. Shipping

Shipping is calculated by delivery address and paid at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for processing times, customs, and related details.

5. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, including the 30-day money-back guarantee described there.

6. Intellectual property

All Site content, branding, product designs, and related materials are owned by Hook and Roll or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or commercially exploit them without our prior written consent.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, or use the Site for unlawful purposes.

8. Disclaimer

Except where prohibited by law, the Site and products are provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hook and Roll is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or lost profits, arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of Hong Kong SAR have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
