Shipping Policy

Last updated: October 11, 2026

Hook and Roll ships physical products from our fulfillment location in Shenzhen / Hong Kong SAR to customers worldwide.

Shipping rates

Shipping cost is calculated according to your delivery address and is paid at checkout. Available carriers and exact prices appear after you enter your shipping address. We do not charge a separate shipping fee outside of checkout unless a promotion states otherwise.

Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and local public holidays). You will receive an order confirmation by email. When your order ships, we send tracking details when the carrier provides them.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times depend on destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. International deliveries often take longer than domestic ones and may be affected by customs clearance.

Customs, duties, and taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our product price or shipping rate unless checkout explicitly shows them as collected.

Undeliverable packages

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. If a package is returned as undeliverable, we will contact you about reshipping (additional shipping may apply) or a refund of the product price, less outbound shipping if already incurred.
